ZHAN JUAN
Chairman
With a Master’s degree in Electrical Power Engineering from Wuhan University, he brings over 20 years of experience in the power and energy sector, including extensive service with a state-owned power utility.
Throughout his career, he has developed deep expertise in power generation, operation, and energy management. He is committed to delivering reliable, efficient, and high-quality power supply solutions tailored to the needs of industrial and commercial clients.
OBERT KONDONGWE
secretary
Obert graduated from the University of Zimbabwe with an LL.B (Hons) degree in 2015, having joined DMH as an intern in 2014. His practice focuses on Labour and Employment Law, family and inheritance law, litigation, arbitration, mediation, and estate administration.
He also has experience in constitutional, environmental, and administrative law, and has appeared before the Administrative Court and the Constitutional Court of Zimbabwe.
